Alternative Imaging Systems opened its doors on August 1, 1995 as an independant, locally owned company with the idea of providing a better level of service and support to it's customers. Since then we have grown to over 600 clients and have expanded our business to cover Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.  In 2003 we opened a branch office in Asheville NC.  We owe a large part of our growth to our customers for their loyalty and their refering us to other clients. Although we might be considered a "small "business by some, we consider ourselves unique due to the fact that we can offer a more personalized approach to supporting our clients needs.  We strive to customize all aspects of our support to the needs of our customers. We offer very competitive lease rates, customized service billing, and service response that is unequaled in the Tri-Cities area. We  offer GSA contract pricing for government funded accounts, discounts to non-proffit organizations, long and short term rentals.
